Program Policies
Participants cannot participate more than one time upon completing the year-long program. It is important to give other All In employees the opportunity to participate. Prior participants who have completed the program may be invited back to an alumni group at some future date. Prior participants who did not attend ESCC classes can attend but need to express their desire before the next session is started and all participants are chosen. The ESCC class is limited to 20.
Participants are encouraged to use this program as a positive career building experience. As they go through the process, they are expected to encourage others about the training they are receiving and the opportunity of working at the Credit Union. If they experience any issues in the program that they are concerned about they are expected to communicate those with the Leadership Group Committee at any time or during the review.
