Youth Council is a virtual financial education program created by All In Credit Union to prepare you to make wise financial decisions throughout your lifetime. Interactive monthly meetings are designed to teach students money management essentials and cover topics like building credit, purchasing a vehicle and career preparation to maximize your future success.

When does Youth Council take place?
Meetings will be held virtually from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month from September 2026 to March 2027. Dates are subject to change.

Certificate of Completion & Letter of Recommendation
After the program, each student who has met course requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion and an official Letter of Recommendation from All In Credit Union.
Scholarship Opportunity
Seniors who complete Youth Council are eligible to apply for one of the 28 Jim H. Mitchell Scholarships, valued at $2,500, awarded by All In Credit Union each year to graduating high school seniors in our service area.
Do I have to be a member of All In Credit Union to participate?
While membership is preferred, it is not required.
To be considered for the Programs administered on this Site, you must complete and submit an online application and provide us with certain information. The information provided through this site will only be used to evaluate the applications submitted.
